Note that this change might affect every popup (e.g. the map also moved to the left).

I am not worried about the map as it is going to go anyway. However, I tried your code and it moves the popup to the left, but not downwards, which is the main problem.

I tried to increase to

   var l=10;
   var t=100;

but it stays put against the very top
